Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Balto, you will sell a tool like none-other: one that analyzes your discovery, presentation, and close as you actually deliver them live on the phones. At Balto, you will find nonstop opportunities to present creatively to your buyers and surround yourself with sales talent that pushes you to improve your skills every day, on every call.

Day-to-day at Balto, you will dedicate your time to qualifying warm leads produced by Balto’s sales development team, working opportunities through a sales cycle varying between 1 month and 1 year, developing an account-based prospecting strategy for target enterprise accounts of your choosing, and diligently prospecting into your enterprise accounts. At Balto, we take sales follow-ups seriously, so you will dedicate equal time in your role to packaging your sales conversations into business insights that help buyers build consensus on their buying teams and swiftly get to a yes/no decision.

Balto is an artificial intelligence tool that transcribes and analyzes sales and customer service calls in real time to deliver live recommendations to representatives while they navigate their calls. Sales and service reps use Balto to improve their communication skills, better understand customers’ needs, and consistently remember the key points that they need to address on every call.   • 8+ consecutive quarters of 100% quota attainment for B2B mid-market or enterprise sales

  • Exceptional listening, mirroring, and verbal communication skills

  • A refined, sophisticated, and customer-focused selling style

  • Exceptional written communication skills through various media including email, text, presentations and proposals

  • Ability to apply business acumen to deliver business insights to your prospects

  • Ability to diligently research enterprise accounts, decipher the relationships between key stakeholders, prospect into those accounts, and navigate the organizational hierarchy to inspire “yes” decisions for Balto
